Experience the majestic beauty of Ladakh with this 10-day Leh Ladakh tour package that takes you on a journey through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. Starting from Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, the tour takes you to Kargil, Leh, Nubra, Pangong, Sarchu, and Manali before concluding in Delhi.
The trip begins with a local sightseeing tour of Srinagar, followed by a visit to Kargil, famous for its role in the India-Pakistan war. From there, the journey proceeds towards Leh, the capital city of Ladakh, where you will explore popular attractions like Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, and Sangam.
The tour then takes you to Nubra Valley, a picturesque region known for its sand dunes and lush greenery. The next day, you will continue your journey to Pangong Tso, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, situated at an altitude of 4,350 meters above sea level. You will spend the night in Pangong, gazing at the starry sky and enjoying the serene surroundings. Next day we will cover Hanle ,where you can witness the beauty of the night sky at the Indian Astronomical Observatory. The following day, you will visit the Umling La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the world, situated at an altitude of 5,883 meters above sea level. After enjoying the breathtaking views, you will return to Hanle for an overnight stay.
The final leg of the tour takes you through Sarchu and Manali, two popular tourist destinations in Himachal Pradesh, before concluding in Delhi. Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival At Srinagar - Overnight Stay At Srinagar

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and reach The Houseboat

Upon reaching the hotel, you’ll be greeted by our team captain.

Check in to the hotel, freshen up, and relax.

You can explore the Srinagar market for some shopping.

Briefing for the next day & overnight sleep.

Day 2

Srinagar To Kargil Via Sonamarg, Drass & Zojila Pass. [Distance: 200km, Duration: 8-9 Hours] - Overnight Stay At Kargil.

Wake up early morning and post breakfast depart for Kargil [2700m].

Enroute cross Sonamarg.

Then head towards Drass, the coldest inhabited place in India & often called Gateway to Ladakh, via the Zoji La Pass [3528m].

After the lunch break, continue your journey to Kargil.

Arrive at Kargil & check in to the hotel.

Day 3

Kargil To Leh Via Namika La & Fotu La. [Distance: 230km, Duration: 7-8 Hours] - Overnight Stay At Leh.

Wake up early morning & post breakfast start your journey to Leh[3500m].

Drive from Kargil to Lamayuru via Mulbek, Namika La [3700m] and Fotu La [4108m].

From Lamayuru, Leh is approximately 125km that passes through Hangroo Loops and Nimmu.

Reach Leh by evening & check in to the hotel.

Dinner & Sleep Overnight.

Day 4

Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardung La. [Distance: 125km, Duration: 5-6 Hours] - Overnight Stay At Diskit.

After breakfast in the morning, head to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La (One of the highest motorable roads at 5359 mt).

On the way to Nubra Valley first visit Shanti Stupa and start your journey back to Nubra Valley [3000m].

Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the Valley of Flowers.

It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.

Check in to the hotel and visit the Sand Dunes - cold deserts of India(Hunder), and take a camel safari (self-paid).

Visit the Diskit village and the Monastery around.

Come back to the hotel by evening, have dinner, and sleep overnight.

Day 5

Nubra Valley To Pangong Tso Via Shyok Valley. [Distance: 160 Km, Duration: 5-6 Hours]- Overnight Stay At Pangong Tso.

After breakfast check out, and start your journey to the famous Pangong Tso [4350m] via the Agam and Shyok villages.

Pangong Tso which is perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia changes its color 4 – 5 times a day.

The Pangong Lake or “Lake of the great hollow” is considered the world's highest saltwater lake.

At an elevation of 4300 meters, the air is cool even in summer at Ladakh. Pangong Lake is about 4 km wide on average and at least 136 Km long. The extent of the known portion is, therefore, upwards of 250 square miles (400 sq. km).

Reach Pangong Lake & check in to the campsite. Dinner & sleep overnight.

Day 6

Pangong To Hanle via Rezang La War Memorial [Distance: 165 Km, Duration: 8-9 Hours]. Overnight Stay In Hanle.

Buckle up, adventure seekers! After indulging in a delicious breakfast and bidding farewell to your stay,it's time to embark on a thrilling journey towards the picturesque Hanle village.

As you make your way towards Hanle, don't forget to stop at the Rezang La War Memorial, a tribute to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives for their motherland in the Indo-China War.

After paying your respects, continue your journey and stop for a delicious lunch at the quaint Loma/Tsaga village (depending on time) before heading to Hanle. Finally, you'll reach the charming village of Hanle by evening,

Check in to your cozy homestay, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a peaceful night's sleep, surrounded by the serene beauty of Hanle. Get ready for more adventures tomorrow!

Day 7

Hanle To Umling La & return back [Distance: approx 150 Km, Duration: 7-8 Hours]. Overnight Stay In Hanle.

After a hearty breakfast and bidding farewell to Hanle village, it's time to head towards the ultimate destination for thrill-seekers - the highest motorable road in the world, Umling La!

The journey to Umling La is rough and adventurous. But fear not, because the stunning beauty of the Ladakh range in the backdrop will make this journey one of the most memorable experiences of your life. As you wind your way up to the summit, you'll witness breathtaking views that will leave you spellbound.

At an altitude of 5,640 meters, Umling La is a mountain pass in Ladakh, India, located on the ridgeline between Koyul Lungpa and the Indus River near Demchok

After spending some quality time taking in the majestic beauty of Umling La and enjoying a delicious lunch, it's time to head back towards Hanle.

You'll reach your cozy homestay by evening, where you can enjoy a tasty dinner and a well-deserved restful night's sleep.

Day 8

Hanle to Tso Moriri via Tsaga La [Distance: approx 155Km, Duration: 6-7 Hours].Overnight Stay In Korzok.

Buckle up, adventure seekers! After breakfast , it's time to embark on a thrilling raw journey towards the picturesque Tsomoriri Lake

Enroute we will be riding through the very enchanting plains which comes in between Hanle and Loma

Tso Moriri is India's highest and largest saltwater lake and lies at an elevation of 4,522 metres (14,836 feet). Tso Moriri is a calm and serene high altitude lake in Changtang Wildlife Sanctuary. It runs up to 28 km in length and is 100 feet deep on average.

Spend some quality time at lake & Witness the changing hues of the lake and fall in love with nature all over again.

Check in to your cozy homestay, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a peaceful night's sleep

Day 9

Tso Moriri To Sarchu via Puga Valley. [Distance: Approx 240 Km, Duration: 9-10 Hours]. Overnight Stay At Sarchu.

After breakfast, start your day early & get ready for an adventurous journey as we make our way to Sarchu.

From Korzok, head to Puga valley , home to several hot springs and mud pools, and known as a hub for generating geothermal energy

Head to the Tso Kar Lake located nearby and witness how white salt efflorescence is left behind by the saline water on the shores of the lake.

After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road at Moore Plains and further drive to Sarchu.

Reach Sarchu by evening. Dinner & stay in Sarchu camps

Day 10

Sarchu To Manali Via Atal Tunnel. [Distance: 175km, Duration: 5-6 Hours] - Overnight Stay At Manali.

Wake up early morning & depart for the long ride post breakfast.

Drive over Baralacha-La(4892 m) which is one of the most challenging passes among other passes on Leh Manali Highway, & offers breathtaking panoramic views.

Just on top of Baralacha La is a small lake Suraj Tal.

Drive through Zingzing Bar, Patsio, and Darcha to reach Manali.

Check-in at the hotel. Dinner & Sleep Overnight.

Day 11

Relaxing Day In Manali | Self Exploration- Departure For Delhi.

Wake up lazy and post breakfast you can head out for local sightseeing in Manali.

Places you can visit – Hidimba Devi Temple, Jogni Waterfall, Vashisht Temple, Mall Road (On your own).

Spend some time in the magical streets of Old Manali, cafe hopping.

Depart for Delhi by evening.

Reach Delhi by morning with amazing trip memories.

Day 12

Reach Delhi by Morning - Overnight Journey

NOTE: Travellers are suggested to book trains/flights reaching Srinagar between 11 AM to 3 PM on the trip start date. Similarly, on trip end date, book returning flight/trains leaving post 4 PM.

NOTE: Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

NOTE: The age limit of our group departures is 16 to 42 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customise trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.

NOTE: Extra mattress will be provided for triple sharing occupancy.

NOTE: You will be travelling to High Altitude cold desert places of India. It's advisable to consult your personal doctors for any sort of medical awareness before travelling. There are very few medical facilities/hospitals available at such remote locations and WanderOn shall not be responsible for any such of Medical emergency thus occurred. However any kind of support with respect to arranging logistics will be arranged if required and the expenses shall be borne by the clients. Please consult your personal doctor and we advise you to be physically fit and healthy before travelling. Do mention any sort of prior health issues before travelling so that we can advise you correctly.

NOTE: ₹10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client.

GST (5%) is applicable extra.

Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.

Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)

In case of any damage to the riding gears the customer is liable to pay for the damage.

Any damage to the bike except engine damage must be borne by the client.

Any medical or evacuation expenses.

Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

Volvo Transfers are not included for Self Bike option.

Airport pick-up and drop not inlcuded.

“Well..who didn't dreamt of visiting Ladakh after watching the beautiful lake of Pangong in movie 3 Idiots...I was one of such dreamer and after watching Jab Tak hai Jaan ,the dream became a thing to do from bucket list. And this dream came true in July 2019. Riding Royal Enfield on the terrains of Leh-Ladakh , the highest motarable road and pass of Changla and Khardunga pass. A hearty thank to the WanderOn group for making this trip so easy for all 8 of us (we were 8 guys in number) . I was highly doubtful at starting that I would be able to ride on such difficult roads and terrains but all thanks to the amazing captains Shashank and Ayush Bhai for being with us and guiding us all the time that I was able to do such a long bike trip without difficulty.
