One of the least explored treks of India, Brahmatal Trek is particularly popular during the winters. It Is a high altitude lake that hold significant meaning for the locals.
Beginning from Lohajung, we trek across various unique destinations on the way. First stop is Bekaltal which is another lake on our way. Next we move towards Brahmatal crossing beautiful unexplored oak & rhododendron forests on the way. The silence of the forests makes it even more adventurous here! We also pass meadows that give us the majestic views of the famous Mt Trishul & Nanda Ghunti.
Upon the reaching the lake, one gets to see the frozen white lake , making the experience even more serene.
