Overnight Journey From Delhi To Tirthan Valley

You know that urge to get away from the constant noise, trade crowded streets for quiet forests, and just slow things down for a bit? This 3 Days Tirthan Valley trip does exactly that, without trying too hard.

It starts with an overnight journey from Delhi, and by morning, you’re deep in the mountains, reaching Aut and then moving into Gushaini. The shift is immediate. Cleaner air, quieter surroundings, and a pace that feels natural.

The first day keeps it light with a forest hike to Choie Waterfall. It’s not just about the waterfall; the trail itself does most of the work, pulling you into the rhythm of the valley.

Then things go a bit higher. A drive to Jalori Pass followed by a trek to Serolsar Lake gives you those wide, open Himalayan views. It’s calm, not crowded, and that’s the whole point.

Before heading back, there’s just enough thrill with river rafting near Aut to break the stillness. What this trip really gets right is balance. It doesn’t try to show you everything; it just gives you enough space to actually feel where you are.

Itinerary

Day 0

Reach your boarding point in Delhi by evening.

Board your vehicle and begin your overnight journey towards Tirthan Valley.

Sit back and relax as the city fades and the roads slowly wind into the mountains.

Day 1

Arrival In Aut | Transfer To Gushaini – Choie Waterfall Trek

Reach Aut by morning, followed by a short transfer to Gushaini.

Check into your hotel, freshen up, and take some time to settle into the calm surroundings while having a delicious breakfast.

Later, head out for a scenic trek to Choie Waterfall.

The trail takes you through forest paths and quiet landscapes, making the walk just as rewarding as the destination.

Return to the hotel by evening.

Have dinner and Overnight stay in Gushaini.

Day 2

Jalori Pass – 360° Viewpoint – Serolsar Lake Trek

Wake up to a peaceful mountain morning and have breakfast.

Drive towards Jalori Pass and begin your trek further up to a stunning 360° viewpoint, offering wide views of the Great Himalayan ranges.

Continue your trek towards Serolsar Lake, known for its still waters and forest surroundings.

After spending some time here, trek back and return to Gushaini.

Enjoy a relaxed evening with a bonfire and music.

Have dinner and Overnight stay in Gushaini.

Day 3

River Rafting | Departure to Delhi

Wake up early and take in the fresh mountain air.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel.

Head out for an exciting river rafting experience in the valley.

By evening, transfer to Aut, from where you will board your overnight bus to Delhi.

Your short weekend trip to Tirthan valley concludes, once you reach Delhi the next morning.

Take back a lot of happy memories from the mountains and a camera full of pictures.

Day 4

Reach Delhi in morning.

Reach Delhi by morning with amazing trip memories.

NOTES:

Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

During Snow Fall, the vehicles will drop at snow point on the way to Jalori Pass. Further, we will trek from snow point till 360° view point. Further trek to Serolsar Lake will be completely subject to it's feasibility based on snow & weather conditions.

The age limit of our group departures is 18 to 40 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customize trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.

The mode of transportation from Delhi is primarily operated by private entities (third party vendor's), except in cases where the group size exceeds 35 individuals.

In case of extreme weather conditions where the allotted vehicle may not be suitable for travel, we will arrange 4x4 vehicles to ensure your safety and smooth accessibility. Please note that any additional costs for the 4x4 vehicles will be borne by the clients.

Since May and June are peak season months, early checks are subject to availability, Standard check-in time is 12pm -1pm

Inclusions

Entire travel as per the itinerary.(From Delhi to Aut & Aut to Delhi it will be in Semi-sleeper Volvo & for the internal transfer it will be in Sumo/Tempo)

A total of 5 meals – 2 meals on Day 1 (Breakfast and Dinner) + 2 meals on Day 2 (Breakfast and Dinner) + 1 meal on Day 3. (Breakfast)

Accommodation at Gushaini in resort/hotel for 2 nights.

Guided Trek to Serolsar Lake.

Rafting Charges
