1. Start from Manali or Shimla:

  • From Manali, you’ll take the route via Rohtang Pass, Kunzum Pass, and Kaza (the main town in Spiti).
  • From Shimla, you’ll follow the Shimla – Kinnaur – Tabo – Kaza route.

2. Reach Kaza:

Kaza is like the gateway to Spiti. It’s the nearest big town to Dhankar.

3. Drive to Dhankar from Kaza:

Dhankar is around 32 km from Kaza and takes about 1.5 hours by road. The drive is beautiful, with winding roads and stunning views. You can hire a taxi or drive your own vehicle (preferably an SUV or something with good ground clearance).
